Basil Oil Pesto

I love pesto pasta, but i'll be honest I rarely have all of the ingredients. Herbs just don't last, or live at my house (no matter how much I try to grow my own) so this recipe works great for me. Ingredients: 6 cups Washed spinach leaves ½ cup of pine nuts or walnuts 1cloves of garlic ¼ cup Parmesan cheese 1 tablespoon lemon juice 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil 1 tsp Salt 1pinch of black pepper 1 drop Basil Essential Oil 2 drops Lemon Essential Oil   Method: Combine all ingredients in a Thermomix or food processor. Lime Oil Guacamole

Lemon Butter

This goes great with fish or veggies, I love this with salmon, green beans and boiled potato, yum!! Ingredients: Butter Lemon Oil Method:Just mix up the amount of butter you wish to use with 1-2 drops Lemon Essential Oil and use straight away. Alternately you can mix up a batch and store in the fridge or freezer ready to use next time

Alcohol

I am quite partial to a vodka and love the freshness of adding oils to it. I would usually have a vodka soda with Grapefruit or Lemon & Lime (also go well with Gin) Have a play around and find what you like. These oils also go great in cocktails so as long as they are oils you can consume (don’t go drinking up the ice blue) but even the herbs go well in cocktails, I’ve had a delicious cocktail which had basil and cucumber which I’ve been meaning to re-create.If you come up with any great flavor combinations please feel...
